Variety School of Hawaii’s tuition costs are reviewed on an annual basis, yet we strive to maintain a lower tuition funded by the generous gifts of parents, friends, and alumni, so that we may continue to provide our keiki with the education and support each child deserves.

2023-2024 school year tuition is: $42,060.

WHAT DOES TUITION COVER?

  • Custom tailored education program to your child’s learning requirements

  • Fully integrated access to some of the latest onsite technology aids and facility equipment

  • Speech, language, and occupational therapy

Excluded from tuition: snacks/lunch


FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

There are many families who may consider a specialized education for their child a financial impossibility. But at Variety School, a large percentage of the student body receive financial assistance owing to generous donations from the local and greater community who have made it possible for our keiki to receive the support and education they deserve. payment

Upon enrollment, the obligation to pay the tuition and fees is unconditional and no portion of the tuition or fees will be refunded or canceled because of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal of the student from Variety School of Hawaii during the academic school year.

Variety offers several tuition payment plans:

  • Payment Option 1: Single (1) installment due in August

  • Payment Option 2: Two (2) equal installments and an additional $200 carrying fee due in August and December

A late fee of $50.00 per month will be assessed on any amount that is past due. Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $35.00 fee. If any action is taken to collect monies due to Variety School of Hawaii, the financiall responsible party will be accountable for all amounts in addition to interest, collection and/or legal fees.

ENROLLMENT

All Variety School of Hawaii students are required to provide documentation of physical examinations (including immunizations and tuberculin test) by the deadline stated in the enrollment contract.
